I have made the decision to try out Amazon.com's KDP Select program, which means that I have to make my books exclusive to Amazon.com for 90 days. So they have been removed from Smashwords.com and BarnesandNoble.com. I'm super sorry for any inconvenience this causes anyone, but I wasn't getting much in the way of sales from these venues and KDP Select looks like it might be interesting.
FYI, if you don't own a Kindle, you can download the free Kindle software to your computer, your smart phone, your tablet, etc.

Will your books be available on other venues after the 90 days are up?
I’m not sure…we have to wait and see how the KDP program goes. They offer 5 days of free book promotion which I hear is really beneficial to finding new readers.
